Responsibilities
Create a culture of growth, ensuring that relationship deepening is being properly executed and that business objectives are being met
Conduct regular one on ones with advisors to discuss career development, goal setting, and setting appropriate expectations
Conduct coaching sessions and trainings not only to help advisors expand their knowledge and meet their sales goals
Review advisor productivity, SLA, and progress towards the businesses goals
Supervise the investment and relationship deepening process, and ensure coordination and adherence to policies and procedures
Handle all manager callbacks and client escalations in a timely manner
Requirements
FINRA Series 7 and 66
FINRA Series 9/10 is a plus, expected to obtain within first 6 months of hire
2+ years of previous management experience
2+ years of investment and advisory experience
Ability to work onsite in our Austin, Tempe, or Fort Mill office is required
