Responsibilities
Conduzir diagnósticos completos para entender objetivos, dores e potencial de desenvolvimento dos leads.
Realizar venda consultiva de alto nível, apresentando os diferenciais da CS Academy e direcionando o aluno para a solução mais adequada.
Conduzir demonstrações, tirar dúvidas e apresentar propostas com clareza e segurança.
Estruturar cadências de contato estratégicas, mantendo ritmo, previsibilidade e alta conversão no funil.
Contornar objeções com inteligência emocional e técnica, conduzindo negociações com eficiência.
Participar de eventos, meetups e iniciativas presenciais/online representando a CS Academy, gerando networking, fortalecendo marca e ampliando pipeline de vendas.
Contribuir na prospecção ativa de novos leads quando necessário.
Manter alinhamento constante com Marketing, Customer Success e Implantação, garantindo fluidez na jornada do aluno.
Reportar métricas de performance, insights e oportunidades de melhoria para fortalecer processos comerciais.
Requirements
Experiência sólida em Inside Sales ou vendas consultivas (preferencialmente em EdTechs, SaaS ou negócios digitais).
Histórico consistente de atingimento de metas e domínio de métricas de vendas (conversão, ciclo, ticket médio).
Excelente comunicação oral e escrita, com capacidade de conduzir conversas estratégicas e persuasivas.
Facilidade para se comunicar e criar conexões em eventos, meetups ou ações externas.
Perfil protagonista, organizado e orientado à melhoria contínua.
Familiaridade com CRMs (HubSpot é diferencial) e ferramentas de produtividade.
Conhecimento do setor de educação, tecnologia ou Customer Success será considerado um plus.
