Responsibilities
Atendimento por voz à clientes que possuem equipamentos como computador, notebook, etc e necessitam de auxílio com configurações;
O especialista precisará identificar a necessidade do cliente e trazer uma solução prática e objetiva, conforme procedimento do produto e/ou serviço;
Em cada atendimento prestado, poderá tratar diferentes tipos de situações indicadas pelo cliente;
Vendas de serviços de reparo e de extensão de garantia e/ ou serviços adicionais;
Utilizará sistemas para realização de registros e aplicações do atendimento.
Requirements
Ter no mínimo 18 anos de idade;
Ter no mínimo Ensino Médio Completo;
Boa comunicação;
Conhecimentos básicos em informática e aparelhos eletrônicos;
Diferencial ter experiência/habilidades em vendas;
Preferencialmente morar próximo a Unidade Atento Santana (Zona Norte de SP).
