About the role

  • Junior Sales Development Representative contacting key decision makers in public sector IT security. Engaging and qualifying leads while collaborating with Account Executives for customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • As a Junior Sales Development Representative DACH, you will contact key decision-makers in IT security within the public sector and generate and qualify valuable leads.
  • You secure customer acquisition through targeted email outreach and social selling.
  • You are responsible for proactively contacting potential new customers by phone and for their ongoing engagement.
  • You employ creative, 'out-of-the-box' sales tactics to continuously build your pipeline.
  • You present our SaaS product over the phone, in online meetings, and at customer events.
  • You work closely with our Account Executives to successfully acquire new customers.

Requirements

  • Some experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, customer service, or recruiting) is a plus
  • You are open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously develop
  • You communicate clearly, listen actively, and present yourself confidently in client interactions
  • You stay organized under pressure and pursue your goals with focus
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with quick decision-making and few rigid processes
  • You have a growth mindset and don't give up when things get challenging — you want to grow and improve
  • You are performance-oriented and want to demonstrate results through your performance
  • Experience with CRM and outreach tools is a plus
  • You are willing to work from our Cologne office at least 3 days per week (hybrid model)
  • You speak German fluently and have good English skills
