About the role

  • SDR handling prospecting and pre-qualifying leads for Silae's SaaS HR solutions. Collaborating in a team of 5 to support sales efforts and improve client acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and pre-qualify end-customer and partner leads
  • Contact identified prospects through sequences (calls / Salesloft / email / webinars)
  • Conduct discovery calls to gather key information about the account, the lead, and their context
  • Pass qualified leads to the indirect sales team
  • Write clear summaries of discovery calls
  • Provide regular feedback on insights gathered in the field
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead follow-up
  • Track and analyze sales activities (calls, tasks, emails, meetings booked, etc.)

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Energetic, ambitious, and proactive personality
  • Tenacity and a competitive drive
  • Hunter mindset (outbound-oriented)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in engaging with prospects
  • Well organized to manage inbound and outbound leads
