SDR Team Leader leading and developing the SDR team in Santiago, Chile. Ensuring achievement of commercial targets with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de SDR, entregando feedback semanal continuo.
Gestionar y optimizar KPIs tácticos: actividad, conversión a SQL, tasa de validación, No-Shows, entre otros.
Asegurar la implementación local del playbook global SDR, aportando aprendizajes del mercado.
Coordinar con el Gerente Comercial metas de pipeline alineadas a cuotas y targets de MRR.
Entrenar y acompañar a nuevos SDR durante su ramp-up, asegurando rápida adopción de herramientas y pitch.
Realizar coaching en tiempo real: revisión de llamadas, secuencias, mensajes y manejo de objeciones.
Monitorear el correcto uso del CRM y la trazabilidad del pipeline.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y comunicarlas al Global Lead para escalabilidad.
Asegurar rituales operativos semanales: pipeline reviews, roleplays y forecast de SQL.
Requirements
+2 años de experiencia como SDR o rol equivalente en prospección B2B.
Experiencia liderando o formando equipos (formal o acting lead).
Dominio del proceso SDR y diagnóstico de calidad de SQL.
Foco en métricas, disciplina comercial y accountability diario.
Español nativo, excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
Deseables: Experiencia en SaaS B2B con ventas consultivas.
Conocimiento de frameworks de venta como SPICED, MEDDIC o BANT.
Experiencia en onboarding y entrenamiento comercial.
