About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Yooz, focusing on the EMEA market by engaging leads and promoting document automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and pre-qualify the needs of inbound and outbound leads via phone, email and social networks.
  • Help nurture leads by creating engagement through our marketing content.
  • Work with our Sales teams to identify opportunities and schedule meetings.
  • Ensure prospect satisfaction and proper follow-up by presenting solutions tailored to their needs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field.
  • Ideally, 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in English and enjoys customer contact.
  • Autonomous, persistent and passionate about IT.
