About the role

Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical leadership and further development of the entire operational team
- Overall responsibility for smooth operational processes
- Ensuring compliance with all contractually agreed customer requirements (e.g., SLAs, quality and performance metrics)
- Responsibility for workforce planning including capacity management and cost control
- Management and monitoring of personnel costs (personnel expense cost item in cost accounting relative to contribution margin 1 - DB1/CM1)
- Ensuring adherence to all legal and internal requirements regarding occupational health & safety and fire protection
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Practical experience using dashboards and BI tools to analyze and manage operational KPIs
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable role
- Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (at least B1)
