Responsibilities
First point of contact for 1st/2nd level support and responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations
Support with installation, configuration and maintenance of client systems (notebooks, PCs, printers, thin clients and smartphones)
Administration and support of network infrastructure at remote sites
Support for central IT systems such as antivirus/security, backup, monitoring, Citrix farm and Microsoft 365 (M365) cloud
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our knowledge base and quick guides for end users
Assistance in coordinating external partners and service providers
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in an IT-related field
Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
Experience in IT support for business users and end users
Knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WLAN, routing, switching)
Experience in IT service management; ITIL certification desirable
Excellent communication skills, strong service orientation and a collaborative team spirit
Very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
