About the role

  • Assistent General Manager im internationalen Restaurantbetrieb, verantwortlich für die operative Steuerung und Budgetplanung. Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und perfektes Gast-Erlebnis koordinieren.

Responsibilities

  • Operational management of the restaurant and co-responsible for budget and personnel planning
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in preparing the business performance report (BWA)
  • Monitor and ensure all standards regarding personnel, inventory and quality management in the restaurant
  • Ensure smooth operations across all restaurant stations
  • Responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria guest experience in our restaurants

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or substantial experience in the restaurant or hotel industry
  • Extensive knowledge in budget and personnel management
  • Service-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • A host with "Amore" and a passionate team player
