About the role
- Launch & Innovationmanager overseeing product lifecycle from concept to launch at LOGOCOS Naturkosmetik. Collaborating across departments to develop sustainable cosmetic products.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for a product category across the entire lifecycle — from concept and market launch through further development and delisting
- Planning and management of product launches and relaunches, including timelines, budget, quality, sustainability and risk management
- Development of new product strategies and concepts based on market and competitor analyses and consumer needs
- Close collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Sourcing and other stakeholders to implement innovative, sustainable products
- Managing the entire product development process and coordinating external service providers and agencies
- Continuous analysis of sales figures and KPIs to optimize product performance
Requirements
- University degree or commercial training with several years of experience in product management/marketing, ideally in FMCG or natural cosmetics
- Strong market and trend knowledge and a good sense of customer needs
- Analytical skills and experience interpreting market data and KPIs
- Knowledge of packaging and technical understanding
- Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with an independent, structured way of working
- Enthusiasm for natural cosmetics, sustainability and innovation
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
