About the role

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring their success with the platform
  • Primary point of contact for customers; handling support requests
  • Communicating with the development team to resolve issues
  • Preparing presentations for publishers about digital solutions
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Informing customers about industry trends and digital business models

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a digital business environment
  • Ideally candidates who have worked as a Client Success Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, founder, in support, in online marketing, or similar roles within a digital startup or agency
  • Good understanding of digital business models and the ability to address challenges effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and simplify complex issues
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious in managing customer relationships and support requests
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, both written and spoken
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
