Responsibilities
Support the setup, testing, and deployment of CRM communications across email, push, and in-app channels
Assist with documentation and quality assurance to ensure communications are delivered accurately
Responsible for assisting with campaign setup, performing QA checks, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure communications are executed on time and meet quality standards
Requirements
Strong interest in CRM / lifecycle marketing and technology
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Strong problem-solving mindset
Interest in marketing tools, data management, and processes
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Spanish proficiency is a plus
Must be actively enrolled in a n accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)
Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)
A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended.
