About the role

  • Customer Service professional managing seamless sea freight import operations at L.I.T. Group. Engaging in client consultations and transport service procurement within a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Smooth handling of sea freight import orders
  • Advising customers, structuring terms and preparing offers
  • Creating bookings with the relevant carriers
  • Monitoring shipping schedules
  • Procuring transport services

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk
  • Ideally, some initial experience in the described area
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Confident use of common MS Office applications
  • Reliable and efficient working style, able to respond confidently to short-term changes in daily operations
  • Team-oriented communication to ensure close and smooth cooperation with customers, partners and internal interfaces
