Responsibilities
Support recruitment and retention through creative storytelling, strategic content, and authentic engagement across digital and physical platforms.
Manage HR recruitment social media presence.
Support UVA Community Health internal HR-related communication campaigns.
Collaborate with Executive leadership to design internal campaigns that strengthen employee engagement, recognition, and belonging.
Produce social media content, videos, and graphics that highlight the employee experience, culture, and career growth opportunities.
Create compelling written and visual content for UVACH intranet initiatives and HR communications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or communications; experience in healthcare or human resources preferred.
Demonstrated ability to write engaging, mission-driven content across platforms.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
Strong project management, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of how storytelling and digital engagement drive workforce culture and community connection.
