Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification (e.g., certified geriatric nurse or registered nurse)
- At least one year of professional experience in outpatient/home care and initial leadership experience
- Knowledge of prescription and care-authorization management
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a confident demeanor
- Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for motivating and developing a team
