About the role

Responsibilities
- One-to-one care of our medically complex clients in their own homes
- Support clients in participating in social activities and working life
- Perform medical treatments and activating basic care in accordance with our nursing and clinical standards
- Create and update care plans to ensure needs-based and optimal care for our clients
- Ensure care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse or equivalent)
- Enjoy working in a responsible and independent manner
- Strong team skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Desirable: Valid driving licence (Category B)
