Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene Pflegeausbildung (z. B. als exam. Altenpfleger:in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in)
- Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege (mind. 1 Jahr) sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Kenntnisse im Verordnungsmanagement
- Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Empathie, Eigenverantwortung und Freude daran, ein Team zu motivieren
