About the role

  • Talent Management Associate developing HR strategies for Bobobox. Engaging and developing talent while managing HR processes and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • A talent management associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talent that can contribute to Bobobox's success.
  • Understand the end-to-end process of HR management
  • Understand the core business process of Bobobox
  • Build and maintain productive, professional, and empathetic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives across employer branding, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning & development
  • Act as a strategic partner within the Talent Management team to support various business units

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience as an HR generalist will be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle learning and development processes
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • High sense of ownership and accountability
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Well-organized, disciplined, and has strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
