Responsibilities
From operational management to strategic training design.
Contribute to the creation of on-the-job training pathways for our technical professions.
Take part in the revamp of the training catalog.
Help develop short learning modules (videos, digital materials) to accelerate onboarding for new hires.
Monitor budgets and analyze external provider costs.
Support the rollout of the new management tool to automate certifications and track the Prevention Passport.
Conduct immersions with our experts to understand on-the-ground job realities and better advise managers on their training needs.
Participate in internal communications about CPF (Individual Training Account), VAE (Recognition of Prior Learning) and Transitions Pro (professional transition support).
Requirements
Master's student (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, with a specialization or strong interest in instructional/training design.
Curious, proactive and willing to go into the field to better understand operational challenges.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables don’t intimidate you) and comfortable with digital tools.
Strong writing skills are a plus for redesigning our materials.
A constructive critical mindset — you prefer proposing solutions rather than only pointing out problems.
