Responsibilities
Manage the activation and verification of contracts generated by the sales network, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Guarantee the correct administrative and document management for all acquired Customers.
Provide timely and quality post-sale assistance to Customers, ensuring continuity and satisfaction with our service.
Lead the onboarding and training of new sales agents, supporting their integration and the effective use of company tools.
Offer daily operational support to the sales network, streamlining their fieldwork and removing logistical hurdles.
Collaborate with the Area Manager / Team Leader to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and the overall performance of the network.
Act as the focal point of contact for all operational needs between sales agents, the company, and our customers.
Requirements
Proven experience in a commercial back-office, sales support, or customer care role.
Excellent organizational skills and a high level of precision in managing documents and contracts are essential.
A strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
The capacity to manage multiple, diverse activities simultaneously under pressure.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and management software.
