Responsibilities
Support two senior Sales Leaders within Hitachi Energy’s Front-End Sales business
Manage essential activities that keep regional sales efforts organized
Drive operational excellence across the U.S. sales organization
Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders
Support creation of regional presentations
Prepare onboarding steps for new hires
Serve as a point of contact for regional team members
Manage complex calendars for senior leaders
Own the preparation and submission of expense reports
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Produce monthly reports including order snapshots and key opportunities
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience in administrative responsibilities.
Experience working with confidential information related to employees and organizational strategy.
Able to work and communicate effectively with team members across functions and levels of the organization.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and support several members of the Sales Leadership team.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel skills such as formulas and pivot tables, and able to compose professional correspondence.
Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, can‑do mindset.
Highly organized with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
