About the role

  • Sales Operations Analyst supporting the operational needs of Delinea's APAC sales organization. Ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and assisting in core sales processes for growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular data hygiene reviews in Salesforce and other GTM systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data standards.
  • Execute data enrichment and cleansing using tools such as ZoomInfo, HG Insights, Cognism, Openprise, and similar platforms.
  • Maintain account, lead, contact, and opportunity records; investigate and resolve data gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Run, update, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Support basic Salesforce and process-related user tickets (data issues, workflow questions, and light troubleshooting).
  • Validate data used in forecasting and pipeline reviews under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support day-to-day execution of key sales processes including lead/contact routing, opportunity stage hygiene, sales onboarding/offboarding tasks, and territory/account assignment updates.
  • Monitor adherence to required sales processes and escalate risks or recurring issues to Sales Operations and Sales Leadership.
  • Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases to improve consistency and enablement.
  • Analyze sales activity, productivity, and funnel metrics; highlight trends or issues that impact performance, reporting accuracy, or efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc requests such as list pulls, coverage checks, and pipeline/funnel reviews for APAC leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to ensure records are created, enriched, and routed correctly, and provide lightweight enablement on process changes and system updates.
  • Support the VP Sales, APAC with forecasting, reporting, and insights, recommending practical improvements to process and execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a closely related commercial operations role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and process consistency
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and GTM tools such as Outreach, 6sense, Openprise, Clari, and similar platforms
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the confidence to ask clarifying questions when needed
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, positive working style
  • Highly organized, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work
