About the role

  • Marketing Operations Manager overseeing PMO for Marketing & Expansion practice at Vizzia. Driving project coordination, operational alignment, and problem anticipation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the PMO for the Marketing & Expansion practice. Your role is to ensure everyone is moving in the same direction, at the right pace, with no surprises.
  • PMO mastery. You structure, track, and follow up. You always know where critical projects stand, who is blocked, and what is at risk of slipping. You set up the tools and rituals that keep everything under control—without creating bureaucracy.
  • Operational alignment. You ensure coordination across the different pillars and with Sales teams. You make sure handoffs are clear, dependencies are identified, and no one works in silos.
  • Friction anticipation. You see problems before they escalate. Whether a project is slowing down, tension between teams arises, or a decision is stuck in arbitration—you spot it early, escalate appropriately, and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience. You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting (strategy or operations) or in an operations/strategy role within a scale-up. You’ve learned how to structure complex problems and deliver quickly and effectively.
  • Skills. Strong rigor and synthesis skills. You can produce clear, effective slides without spending three days on them. You’re comfortable with tools (Notion, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools). You write clearly and concisely.
  • Mindset. This is the key criterion. You know how to work with more senior stakeholders without being overrun—but without arrogance. You are humble, curious, and reliable. You care more about progress than about being right.
  • Languages. Native French, professional English.
