Generate qualified commercial opportunities as a BDR for Vizzia, focusing on urban technology. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams while achieving set KPIs.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities (public and private sectors, local authorities, integration partners...).
Actively prospect (outbound) via phone, email, LinkedIn, events…
Respond to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Collaborate with AEs to improve outreach strategies and account mapping.
Accurately enrich and maintain the CRM (HubSpot).
Contribute to continuous improvement of prospecting processes (scripts, sequences, scoring…).
Requirements
First successful experience as an SDR/BDR in a startup, scale-up, or consulting environment.
Desire to grow into SaaS sales, starting with prospecting and progressing to a full-cycle role over time.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong discipline and organizational skills.
Commercial curiosity: you seek to understand client challenges, stakeholders, and decision-making cycles.
Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
Fluent in French; English is a plus.
