Responsibilities

  • Identify new trends and coordinate projects related to innovation
  • Support the development of new products and processes
  • Ensure innovations are implemented efficiently
  • Work closely with our business units
  • Analyze and evaluate current market and technology trends and derive strategic recommendations for the company
  • Contribute creative ideas to ideation, evaluate innovation approaches, and prepare project and decision documents
  • Coordinate innovation activities and meetings and work closely with strategic stakeholders across the company
  • Ensure transparency and knowledge-sharing around innovation and optionally lead your own workshops

Requirements

  • Degree in business or IT, e.g., business informatics/computer science, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial practical work experience, ideally in IT, innovation, or transformation projects
  • Proficiency in working with data and knowledge, and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
  • Curiosity, initiative, and the motivation to work on complex issues and develop pragmatic solutions
