Requirements
Degree in business or IT, e.g., business informatics/computer science, or an equivalent qualification
Initial practical work experience, ideally in IT, innovation, or transformation projects
Proficiency in working with data and knowledge, and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
Curiosity, initiative, and the motivation to work on complex issues and develop pragmatic solutions
