Proactively engaging with existing mid-market customers throughout their life cycle
Building strong, trusted relationships to retain them as a Love Business customer
Taking a consultative approach to understand their unique business requirements
Introducing other exciting products to the customer base ensuring meaningful interactions
Requirements
Previous success in an Outbound Sales or Account Management role
Demonstratable outbound telesales experience
Ability to build rapport with larger, mid-market customers
Understanding complex business needs and creating bespoke renewal solutions
