About the role

  • Mid-Market Renewals Account Manager responsible for engaging mid-market customers and offering bespoke solutions. Work for a leading energy consultancy, driving high client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engaging with existing mid-market customers throughout their life cycle
  • Building strong, trusted relationships to retain them as a Love Business customer
  • Taking a consultative approach to understand their unique business requirements
  • Introducing other exciting products to the customer base ensuring meaningful interactions

Requirements

  • Previous success in an Outbound Sales or Account Management role
  • Demonstratable outbound telesales experience
  • Ability to build rapport with larger, mid-market customers
  • Understanding complex business needs and creating bespoke renewal solutions
