Responsibilities

Help monitor attendance and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or employer branding.
Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing hiring.
Extensive background and experience with hiring of BPO and shared services industries.
Experience in employee engagement or CSR programs is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
