Responsibilities

Provide appropriate solutions for every customer, highlighting Leadership Connects' ability to add speed, efficiency, and accuracy to their work, ultimately boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability
Lead the renewal and retention efforts for your clients, identifying and articulating the value we provide and the problems solved through embedding product solutions into a client's workflow
Requirements
Results-driven and competitive, with a track record of actively seeking out and engaging customers, achieving renewals, cross-sells, upsells, and exceeding quotas
Strong sales and account management experience
Success in leading in-person meetings with senior executives
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand how our clients develop relationships for influence and business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Superior time management and organizational skills to handle a large number of client relationships
