About the role

  • Account Manager in hybrid role managing B2B customer relations for LED solutions provider. Focused on outbound sales and relationship building across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary interface between our innovative products and our B2B customers
  • You represent our brand as part of a tech-driven sales team
  • You proactively conduct outbound activities, contact decision-makers by phone, and develop new business relationships across various industries
  • You use existing customer data to selectively reactivate contacts and generate new sales opportunities
  • In initial conversations you identify potential, qualify leads, analyze needs, and pave the way for successful sales projects

Requirements

  • Strong enthusiasm for telephone-based prospecting and new customer acquisition
  • Several years of proven sales experience
  • Passion for remote selling, especially over the phone
  • Customer- and service-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Confident negotiation skills
