Digital Trade Marketing Manager for Lavazza enhancing online brand presence and optimizing digital shelf with creative campaigns. Collaborating with teams to analyze performance and engage customers effectively.
Responsibilities
Ensure consistent brand presence across all online channels by implementing the “Perfect Digital Shelf” (product presentation, content, ratings & reviews, conversion optimization)
Plan and manage trade marketing initiatives and content optimization for Amazon, Q-commerce and coffee specialist channels in close coordination with E-Commerce and Digital Marketing
Support digital campaigns, content uploads, performance analyses and reporting
Participate in cross-functional projects with Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing and E-Commerce
Operational management of media contacts (omnichannel, Q-commerce) to ensure optimized execution plans in alignment with Sales
Use data & insights to optimize the customer journey based on relevant KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, share of search, Digital Shelf Score, customer ratings)
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable field
At least 3 years of experience in e-trade or online marketing (FMCG/e-commerce experience advantageous)
Solid understanding of digital shopper journeys and levers along the digital shelf
Experience with e-commerce and analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Google Analytics, Power BI)
Strong analytical skills and confident numerical competency
Competence in project management and agile methodologies
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Creative, strategic mindset and high level of initiative
Business-fluent German and English
