About the role

  • After Sales Service – Backoffice Specialist at Luigi Lavazza managing service processes in hybrid setup. Ensures data accuracy in SAP and Salesforce and oversees machine portfolios for efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of machine projects with attention to cost-effectiveness, sustainability and process optimization
  • Maintain the machine portfolio and coordinate price and data changes with Controlling, Procurement and Asset Accounting
  • Salesforce key user for case and work order management, system maintenance, and rollout of new features and trainings
  • Manage spare parts including item codes, pricing and order processing in SAP, and coordinate with headquarters
  • Execute purchase and invoicing processes and maintain data in Salesforce and SAP
  • Coordinate retrofits and machine exchanges for designated customers and monitor IoT systems
  • Prepare reports and update master data

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in machine management
  • At least three years' professional experience in after-sales, back office or a comparable role, ideally in the FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 (HANA analytics) and MS Office (especially Excel); Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Proactive, solution-oriented working style with a focus on digital tools and new ways of working
  • Strong result and quality orientation, organizational skills and enjoyment of project work
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment working with international stakeholders
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus
  • Good understanding of reporting, data maintenance, process analysis and cost optimization
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
