Responsibilities
Administrar su cartera de clientes, a través de las estrategias definidas para el canal Rutero, para el cumplimiento de metas y KPIs.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de sus objetivos de venta mensual, a través de las condiciones comerciales establecidas.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de sus objetivos de cobertura mensual, garantizando el crecimiento periódico por productos y categorías.
Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de visita a clientes de su territorio asignado, según la ruta diaria establecida.
Generar crecimiento periódico en su cartera de clientes, a través de la prospección y creación de los mismos.
Controlar y reducir el nivel de rechazo de pedidos en la operación, buscando estar por debajo de los targets asignados.
Asegurar el cumplimiento anual de las metas definidas para su evaluación de desempeño, en su territorio asignado.
Requirements
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en Canal Tradicional
