About the role

  • HR Manager executing people strategy and strengthening culture for Lamudi's growth from 100 to 200+ employees. Managing human resources, development, and cultural initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a people strategy and long-term vision for growing the team
  • Strengthen company culture by organizing and executing team-building events
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Develop plans for HR matters, such as compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, government agencies, and company policies

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of work experience (experience in HR / People Operations is preferred, but all backgrounds are open to apply)
