Responsibilities
You create and maintain short- and long-term demand planning (forecast)
You coordinate seasonal orders
You monitor inventory levels and perform coverage analyses
You support volume planning for new product launches in close collaboration with Marketing
You communicate across departments and international teams
You prepare and independently produce KPI reports
You provide internal team cover as needed
Requirements
You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree from a University of Applied Sciences
You have initial professional experience in Demand & Supply Planning
You have a strong affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset
You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power Tools (e.g., Power Query / Power Pivot) is an advantage
You have experience with ERP systems, ideally with CEE
You communicate confidently in German and English
You demonstrate quality awareness and a strong sense of responsibility
You work independently and are willing to go above and beyond when needed
You are flexible, team-oriented, and committed
