About the role

  • HR Assistant supporting project team for Läderach, a Swiss chocolate manufacturer. Involves project coordination, administrative tasks, and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities

  • You support the HR project team in planning, organizing and implementing ongoing projects
  • You take on administrative tasks, prepare materials, map and document documents and workflows
  • You coordinate appointments and meetings, manage agendas and assist with preparation and follow-up
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • You are coming directly from university studies (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Business Informatics or similar) or have completed commercial vocational training with relevant further education and are about to graduate or have already graduated
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience working on projects
  • You are IT- and computer-savvy, work confidently with MS Office and digital tools, and possess analytical, structured thinking
  • You are a quick learner, have an interest in HR projects and processes, and communicate fluently in German and English
