Responsibilities
Partner closely with leadership and staff to define and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
Establish, implement, and oversee human resources policies and programs, providing counsel and assistance to employees and management
Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts; address root causes of HR and employee relations issues
Analyze trends and metrics related to talent acquisition, attrition, diversity, performance, etc., to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies
Utilize metrics and analytics to drive performance and desired outcomes
Play a key role in administering talent management and succession planning within the organization
Provide change management leadership
Advise management on plans to enhance employee engagement and foster positive employee relations
Perform project management duties and team facilitation
Assist and advise management in all aspects of employee performance management
Apply strategic approaches to both verbal and written communications
Promote L3Harris business operating system ('e3'), focusing on administrative excellence and process improvement across the IT organization and HR function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Proficiency in team facilitation, change management, project management, performance management, employee relations, staffing, compensation, diversity, and organizational/management development
Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and consulting skills
Ability to identify root causes and link situations to the broader organizational context
Adaptability to operate successfully in a matrix environment
Keen attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office software products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
