About the role

  • Responsible for customer accounts and account handling in coordination with the Sales Managers
  • Preparing and sending quotations, and maintaining an overview of ongoing quotes and general sales processes
  • Supporting project coordination and acting as the interface to adjacent departments such as Customer Service, Costing, and Finance/Controlling
  • Creating new product and customer records and continuously maintaining master data
  • Internal coordination of sample orders and handling tooling and development cost invoices
  • Preparing for and following up on, as well as accompanying, customer visits
  • Participating in the annual sales and master planning process

Requirements

  • Completed education: commercial/business training preferred or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience: experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
  • IT skills: confident use of MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus
  • Language skills: good written and spoken English
  • Soft skills: strong communication and teamwork abilities
