About the role

  • Responsibility for customer accounts and account handling in cooperation with Sales Managers
  • Preparation and dispatch of quotations and maintenance of an overview of ongoing quotes and general sales processes
  • Support for project coordination and acting as an interface to adjacent departments such as Customer Service, Costing and Finance/Controlling
  • Creation of new products and customers and continuous maintenance of master data
  • Internal coordination of sample orders and processing of tooling and development cost invoices
  • Preparation, follow-up and accompaniment of customer visits
  • Participation in the annual sales/master planning

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience; experience in the automotive sector is advantageous
  • IT skills: confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Language skills: good written and spoken English
  • Soft skills: strong communication and teamwork abilities
