Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes, automate operational tasks, and drive digital transformation within the GBO HR Team
Support the team with technical skills and guidance on tools, systems utilization and process knowledge
Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains through the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions
Manage and coordinate projects requiring advanced technical and/or process knowledge, ensuring successful implementation of new solutions
Create and updates documentation, such as training materials and user for existing and newly deployed solutions
Work closely with other GBO Key Users and the Functional Automation Lead HR, to coordinate digital transformation projects, including the steering of external consultants and developers
Drive the design of digital HR solutions that support process and tools harmonization in alignment with other functional teams.
Requirements
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query and Power BI)
Knowledge in Agile methodologies across IT projects is an advantage
Ideally, experience working in a Shared Service environment
Experience with HR systems and HR processes is an advantage
Proven program and project management skills, combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to solving challenges and sharing knowledge
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong affinity for process and solution documentation.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
