About the role

  • Key User HR driving digital transformation within Global Business Operations at KWS Berlin. Lead standardization and automation of HR processes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes, automate operational tasks, and drive digital transformation within the GBO HR Team
  • Support the team with technical skills and guidance on tools, systems utilization and process knowledge
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains through the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions
  • Manage and coordinate projects requiring advanced technical and/or process knowledge, ensuring successful implementation of new solutions
  • Create and updates documentation, such as training materials and user for existing and newly deployed solutions
  • Work closely with other GBO Key Users and the Functional Automation Lead HR, to coordinate digital transformation projects, including the steering of external consultants and developers
  • Drive the design of digital HR solutions that support process and tools harmonization in alignment with other functional teams.

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query and Power BI)
  • Knowledge in Agile methodologies across IT projects is an advantage
  • Ideally, experience working in a Shared Service environment
  • Experience with HR systems and HR processes is an advantage
  • Proven program and project management skills, combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to solving challenges and sharing knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong affinity for process and solution documentation.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
