About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for growing corporate customer base across Victoria at Konica Minolta. Leading sales processes and building relationships with key stakeholders in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue through a mix of new business and existing corporate accounts
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans aligned with customer goals
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting through to delivery and post-sale support
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and sales reporting
  • Contribute to the culture and success of the VIC branch through collaboration and initiative.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B solution sales (print, technology, or managed services preferred)
  • Strong ability to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Experience developing strategic account plans and meeting revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and a growth mindset
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and working rights.
  • Must undertake background checks as per Konica Minolta compliance procedures.
