Responsibilities
Grow revenue through a mix of new business and existing corporate accounts
Develop account strategies and execute business plans aligned with customer goals
Lead the sales process from prospecting through to delivery and post-sale support
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and sales reporting
Contribute to the culture and success of the VIC branch through collaboration and initiative.
Requirements
Proven success in B2B solution sales (print, technology, or managed services preferred)
Strong ability to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions
Experience developing strategic account plans and meeting revenue targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Self-motivation, accountability, and a growth mindset
Current Australian driver’s licence and working rights.
Must undertake background checks as per Konica Minolta compliance procedures.
