Responsibilities
manage all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication
lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and subcontractors, establishing priorities and resolving conflicts as needed
ensure system designs meet all contractual and technical requirements
develop, maintain, and control the project master schedule, ensuring timely project completion
monitor and report project progress on a weekly and monthly basis
serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and project participants
manage risk throughout the project lifecycle and identify opportunities for process improvement
maintain overall responsibility for the project budget, to deliver results within or below financial targets
provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering cross-department collaboration and team development
perform additional duties as required to support project execution and organizational objectives
Requirements
bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field; equivalent industry experience may be considered
5–8+ years of project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity in automation, parcel, warehouse, or similar industries
proven track record of managing large-scale projects exceeding $10–$15 million in value
experience working within international or cross-functional team environments is preferred
ability to travel up to 50% or as required based on project demands
proficient in project scheduling tools and familiar with ERP/project management systems
skilled in project planning, execution, and managing competing priorities, with strong subcontractor coordination and vendor management experience
can work with diverse stakeholders in complex environments, bringing excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
