About the role

  • Join SMB Sales team to build relationships with small businesses needing cybersecurity solutions. Drive new business acquisition and succeed in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close net new SMB customers
  • Conduct compelling online demos of KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training Platform
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify opportunities effectively
  • Act strategically in pricing negotiations and discount offerings
  • Become a master of KnowBe4's complete product portfolio

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales with 1-3 years of software (SaaS) sales experience to Small Medium Businesses
  • Familiarity with IT Security concepts
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM + Gmail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter
  • Stats-driven business professional
  • Strong teamwork skills
