About the role

  • Projektmanager in einem familiengeführten Unternehmen im Bereich Fördermittel und Nachhaltigkeit. Verantwortlich für Budgetplanung und Steuerung in einem interdisziplinären Team.

Responsibilities

  • You share responsibility for budget planning and control of the transformation project in coordination with project management and the accounting department
  • You are jointly responsible for the financial processing of grants, including fund drawdowns, documentation and submission via the relevant federal platforms
  • You prepare interim and final funding utilization reports as well as project-related invoicing
  • You take on a project-supporting and coordinating role within the overall project
  • You are responsible for project monitoring as well as documentation and reporting for internal decision-making processes
  • You support the implementation of sustainability projects and the identification of suitable funding opportunities

Requirements

  • Completed degree in public administration, economics or social sciences, or a comparable qualification required
  • Experience in project coordination and grants management necessary
  • Knowledge of budget planning, budget control and financial project processing expected
  • Confident use of MS Office is essential
  • Advantageous: experience with Profi-Online (portal for federal funding projects) or comparable systems
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, required
  • Driving licence class B desirable for irregular business trips
