National Account Sales Manager responsible for relationship building with key distributors across multi-site businesses in the U.S. Driving brand recognition and customer engagement in the lighting industry.
Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities to increase sales
Provide product training and introduction to National Account distributors and end-users
Ensure data is accurate for National Account customers in internal systems
Develop long-term oriented relationships with specifiers, customers, design build contractors, and end-users through exceptional customer service to drive demand and mindshare
Analyze sales trends to provide accurate sales quotes and pricing
Check internal systems to ensure accurate pricing and availability of products for customers
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Knowledge of lighting industry and lighting products
5+ years of experience managing accounts; management of national accounts preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in CRM tools
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Comfortable with heavy travel (~50+%) to various markets to manage National Account customers
