About the role

  • Marketing Operations position focused on executing multichannel marketing efforts and supporting event management at Keyrus France. Collaborate with teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the operational deployment and monitoring of Keyrus France’s marketing activities: multichannel campaigns, events, digital communications and reporting
  • Contribute to the execution of multichannel campaigns (emailing, social media, paid advertising, nurturing)
  • Assist in creating operational content and assets (landing pages, newsletters, forms...)
  • Help coordinate content production with internal teams and external providers
  • Support event organization: webinars, trade shows, conferences, client breakfasts, workshops
  • Assist with event logistics: scheduling, invitations, coordination with partners and speakers
  • Contribute to post-event performance tracking (registrations, attendance, leads generated)
  • Help configure and manage CRM and Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving contact databases: assignment, enrichment, and data consistency
  • Publish and update content across digital channels (website, social networks)
  • Collaborate with the communications team to ensure editorial consistency and brand alignment
  • Help highlight offerings, expertise and success stories
  • Track campaign and event KPIs with support from the Marketing Manager
  • Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities to optimize performance
  • Participate in creating dashboards for Marketing & Sales teams

Requirements

  • Initial experience or familiarity with a CRM and/or Marketing Automation tool (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of web & analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager...)
  • Comfortable with digital tools and content management platforms (CMS, email marketing tools...)
  • Ideally: basic knowledge of SEO/SEA, tracking, and marketing automation
  • Internships or work-study experience in operational/digital marketing or marketing ops valued
  • Exposure to or knowledge of B2B / IT services / Tech / Consulting environments is a plus
