About the role

  • Senior Sales Advisor: Senior Enrolment Consultant at Keypath Malaysia Office. Leading enrolment efforts while mentoring new team members and exceeding sales targets in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive your sales career forward with Keypath — earn big, lead by example, and empower students to transform their futures.
  • Consistently exceed student enrolment targets (both retention and new acquisition)
  • Meet productivity metrics as set with manager (typically 250+ calls per week and 25+ Inbound Calls)
  • Consistently achieve 80%+ call quality
  • Qualify leads effectively, understanding student needs, and clearly articulating program benefits and career outcomes.
  • Use CRM systems to track lead activity, follow-ups, and manage the enrolment pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Stay up to date with program offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Display deep understanding of the student needs and how partner and program value propositions meet those needs.
  • Provide guidance and support during onboarding of new starters.
  • Recognise coaching opportunities within the team and work with the Senior Manager for skill enhancement.

Requirements

  • Higher education or experience in relevant industries
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably across a diverse range of industries.
  • Experience within the Education Industry is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to understand and prioritize a sales pipeline relative to sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated achievement of sales targets or KPIs in previous roles.
  • Proven learning agility, quickly comprehending complex product and service offerings and being able to translate to a consultative sales conversation with prospective students.
  • Demonstrated horizontal and informal leadership ability, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective collaboration across teams
  • Proven ability to be a champion for team culture, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of partner operations is highly valued, including but not limited to partner policies, processes and program portfolio.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment, displaying a growth mindset that embraces change & implements continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in using CRM and telephony systems to streamline and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Self-motivated and independent, capable of managing tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work on different shifts; standard working hours: Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM, rotational shifts may be required including occasional late shifts (12PM – 8PM), and Saturday shifts (1-2 times every 2 months).
