Sales Operations Analyst responsible for supporting sales planning and analyzing sales performance. Managing customer trade investments in a hybrid work environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Support sales planning process, analyzing sales performance and providing summaries for the management team
Manage and optimize customer trade investments
Coordinate monthly/weekly sales planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and prepare updates for stakeholders
Analyze sales forecast accuracy and drivers for deviations and provide insights for the commercial team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to control and optimize customer trade rebates
Conduct regular checks and review of the trade spend accruals to ensure compliance and accuracy
Ensure SOX compliance with all related processes (customer investment, pricing, revenue recognition, contracting)
Be a Sales contact partner for internal and external auditors
Coordinate SLOB management process
Requirements
University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a related field
4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
Financial knowledge ideally within FMCG market – familiar with trade margin structures
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with sales team and management
Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
