About the role

  • Servicetechniker providing technical support and maintenance for gaming devices in Mainz. Involves installation, troubleshooting, and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • After comprehensive, role-specific training provided by our colleagues, you will be our expert for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of amusement and gaming machines.
  • Customers can rely on your technical know-how on-site for all technical questions.
  • Your responsibilities also include tasks in the area of network technology as well as the occasional execution of cash collection duties.
  • As part of a regional branch, you will receive your daily work orders digitally and look after a fixed customer base.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology or radio and television technology
  • Practical experience as a field service technician, ideally in the gaming machine industry
  • Desirable knowledge in communications and network technology (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g., switches)
  • Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible way of working
