About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise placement and shelving according to client specifications
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with employees, clients, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) or equivalent
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Lead-by-example leadership and strong motivational skills
  • Valid Class B driver’s license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or staff management preferred
